What is SolaceCompass?

What are Inner Aftershocks?
Inner Aftershocks is SolaceCompass language for the lingering emotional, physical, mental, or nervous-system effects that may remain after difficult, overwhelming, frightening, painful, or deeply stressful experiences. You do not need to call your experience PTSD to begin with grounding and self-support.
Do I need a PTSD diagnosis to use SolaceCompass resources?
No. SolaceCompass resources are designed to be approachable for people who may feel shaken, guarded, numb, restless, jumpy, avoidant, or not fully themselves after difficult experiences. A diagnosis is not required to start with self-support tools, but a qualified professional is needed for diagnosis and treatment planning.

The SolaceCompass library is planned around several resource types, including a Grounding Workbook, Audio Guide, Field Stories, Steady Signals, Soundscapes, coloring books, and puzzle books. Some resources may be available digitally through the member library, while physical books may be offered through marketplaces.
What are Field Stories and Steady Signals?
Field Stories are short reflective story-based resources designed to help people see patterns, choices, and resilience from a safer distance. Steady Signals are brief supportive messages intended to encourage grounding, courage, reflection, and the next steady step.

How will member library access work?
The member library is planned as a protected area for digital resources such as workbook materials, audio guidance, Field Stories, Steady Signals, and Soundscapes. During launch, some features may open gradually as the library is finalized.

Where can I buy SolaceCompass books?
SolaceCompass physical products, such as coloring books and puzzle books, may be offered through external marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, Gumroad, TikTok Shop, or publishing partners. The Where to Buy page routes you to available marketplace listings.
Does SolaceCompass process payments directly?
For the public catalog, SolaceCompass routes product purchases to external marketplace or payment platforms. Those platforms handle checkout, payment, delivery, refunds, and account issues under their own policies.

Is SolaceCompass therapy or medical treatment?
