SolaceCompass
Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 22, 2026
SolaceCompass is a public brand website, catalog, PWA, and educational self-support library. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit the public SolaceCompass website.
1. Information we may collect
The public SolaceCompass website is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. We may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, or message if you contact us or join an early-access/freebie list.
2. Technical information
Like most websites, SolaceCompass may receive basic technical information such as browser type, device type, approximate location, pages visited, referring page, and date/time of access through hosting, analytics, security, or CDN logs.
3. PWA and offline storage
SolaceCompass may use a service worker and browser cache so that parts of the site can load faster or remain available offline. This cache is stored on your device and can be cleared through your browser settings.
4. External marketplace links
SolaceCompass product buttons may link to external platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, Gumroad, TikTok Shop, or publishing partners. Those platforms process purchases under their own privacy policies, payment terms, refund policies, and account systems. SolaceCompass does not receive or store your credit card information from those external purchases.
5. Membership portal
If SolaceCompass later offers a protected member library, the member portal may have additional privacy terms covering account creation, payments, access logs, downloads, and member support. Those terms will be shown where member access is provided.
6. How we use information
- To respond to messages and support requests.
- To improve website content, navigation, safety, and performance.
- To provide requested downloads, updates, or early-access information.
- To protect the site from misuse, spam, abuse, or security threats.
7. Health and sensitive information
Please do not send private medical records, emergency information, crisis details, or highly sensitive health information through the public contact form or email. SolaceCompass is not an emergency service, medical provider, crisis line, or substitute for professional care.
8. Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, security, or support. We may also disclose information if required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, security, or site integrity.
9. Your choices
You can choose not to contact us, not to join optional lists, clear browser cache, block cookies, or leave the site. If you have asked to receive email updates, you can request removal.
10. Children
SolaceCompass may include psychoeducational resources useful to families, caregivers, or adults supporting children, but the public website is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Updates
We may update this policy as the website, PWA, membership system, or marketplace routing changes. The updated date above will change when the policy is revised.
