Safety and Support

When self-support is not enough

SolaceCompass is designed to make the first step easier. But some situations require more than self-support, reflection, books, audio, or calming resources.

Seek urgent help now if:

  • You feel at risk of harming yourself or someone else.
  • You feel unable to stay safe.
  • You are being harmed, threatened, or trapped.
  • You are experiencing an emergency.
  • You feel overwhelmed by frightening or uncontrollable experiences.

Contact local emergency services, a crisis line, or a qualified professional in your location. SolaceCompass is not an emergency service.

Use SolaceCompass for

Grounding, reflection, creative self-support, psychoeducation, journaling, emotional steadiness, and practical next steps.

Use professional support for

Diagnosis, treatment planning, trauma therapy, medication questions, crisis support, safety planning, or symptoms that persist or interfere with daily life.

You do not have to name it perfectly to seek help.

Whether the experience is PTSD, anxiety, grief, burnout, dissociation, spiritual distress, survival stress, or something else, support can begin with one steady step.
